NASCAR Canadian Tire Series (NCaTS, formerly CASCAR): Series Information


The NASCAR Canadian Tire Series (NCATS) is Canada's top level of stock car racing with a multi-venue national schedule that has the added diversity of oval track, road course and street course racing. The series is home to Canada's top race teams and drivers and is renounced for its fierce competition and truly exciting on-track action.

As of the 2007 racing season, the series has been renamed from CASCAR to the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series.

CASCAR, which is now the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series, was established in 1981, and is currently the only national stock car racing governing body for amateur and professional stock car racing in Canada.
