Carl Edwards Wins Pep Boys Auto 500 in Atlanta

This weekend the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series was at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Jimmie Johnson took the pole, but would end up finishing the race in second place – right behind the Ford of Carl Edwards. Denny Hamlin, Matt Kenseth, and Kyle Busch rounded out the rest of the top five positions.

For his win, Edwards was handed the Dow Automotive “Strategic Call of the Race”, EA Sports Move of the Race, and the Sunoco Diamond Performance contingency awards.
